The Disappearance of “Lucky” Lord Lucan

His friends called him “Lucky,” but one has to question whether Richard John Bingham, the 7th Earl of Lucan, commonly known as Lord Lucan, was even close to being lucky. His gambling debts put a strain on his family and his marriage. A lengthy custody battle left him at odds with the woman he once loved. Norma Jeane Baker, better known as Marilyn Monroe, died of a drug overdose on August 4, 1962 in Brentwood, Los Angeles, California. The blonde bombshell was well known for her modeling, singing, and movie roles, all of which led to her being named one of the most popular sex symbols of the 1950’s and 60’s. Even today, Marilyn is considered one of the sexiest women to have ever lived; a beauty for girls everywhere to aspire to. But her death is not an open and shut case. There are many questions, some leading to murder.

Missing: The Lost Colony of Roanoke

English explorer, soldier, and writer, Sir Walter Raleigh fought in the service of Queen Elizabeth I while in Ireland. He became a favorite of the Queen, and was knighted in 1585. He was made Captain of the Queen’s Guard, and was rewarded handsomely – including the right to colonize North America. His colony: Roanoke – before it disappeared.

Kenneka Jenkins: Accident or Murder

Kenneka Jenkins was an American teenager who went missing after attending a party on the 9th floor of the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center in Rosemont, Illinois. It wasn’t until after her mother demanded hotel staff search for her daughter, that she was found; dead, in the hotel freezer.

The Cure for Cancer

Cancer has touched all our lives in one way or another. We hear about it all the time, but to be honest, who truly knows what cancer is?

Cancer is a name given to a broad group of diseases, all of which involve abnormal cell growth with potential to invade other parts of the body. There are over 100 types of cancers, all of which affect human beings. It is estimated that in 2018, 1,735,350 new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in the United States alone, and another 609,640 people will die as a result.
